Art Project Management
We lead the strategic planning and overall management of each project, developing timelines and budgets, coordinating artists, curators, institutions, and project partners, overseeing workflows, and ensuring seamless communication and decision-making throughout every stage of the production.
Production
We deliver exhibitions, installations, site-specific commissions, and large-scale artistic projects, providing technical coordination, production supervision, vendor and contractor management, fabrication oversight, and full supervision of installation and deinstallation.
Logistics
We manage every aspect of international art logistics, including specialized fine art transportation, customs procedures, insurance, documentation, and cross-border coordination. Working closely with international partners and local technical teams, we oversee the entire process to ensure artworks arrive safely and are installed according to the highest museum and conservation standards.
Our Approach
Every project requires its own structure. For this reason, PONTIS assembles dedicated teams tailored to the scale, complexity, and context of each production, bringing together specialized professionals and coordinating every stage of the process under a single project direction.
This methodology allows us to deliver flexible solutions, optimize resources, streamline workflows, and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders, resulting in efficient and seamlessly executed productions.
Why PONTIS?
Outsourcing art production means gaining access to expertise, organization, and an international network without increasing your internal operational structure. A dedicated production team oversees every stage of the project, anticipates challenges, optimizes resources, and enables artists and institutions to focus on what creates the greatest value: the artistic vision and its cultural impact.
PONTIS' international experience enables the successful delivery of complex productions by bringing together multidisciplinary teams and managing every technical, logistical, and administrative aspect with precision. From initial planning to final installation, we ensure that every project is realized with the highest standards of quality, care, efficiency, and commitment required by contemporary art.
Our cross-border experience and extensive network throughout Europe and Latin America allow us to navigate diverse institutional, cultural, and operational contexts, providing reliable production management for projects of every scale.
